I’m a scientist, engineer, and writer.

Throughout my career I’ve worked in the medical space developing advanced algorithms for novel medical devices. I’ve worked in cardiology, cancer diagnostics and treatment, lower limb fractures, neurosurgery, biofeedback, and more.

The technologies I’ve developed solutions for span ultrasound, computer vision, histology, confocal microscopy, spectrometry, electrocardiography, magnetocardiography, medical text analysis, and more. That’s not to mention the gobs of proprietary sensor technologies and multimodal sensor fusion that make up a prominent part of my repertoire.

Oh, I also get up to stuff in my free time. I spend time largely with my wife and kids, weight lifting, and cycling up canyons and forest access roads.
